When you call Bramwell Garage Doors Fort Lauderdale, the person who picks up and the technician who shows up are part of the same local crew. We’re not dispatching from a call center three states away. Our technicians live in Broward County, know the difference between a Victoria Park carriage door and a Plantation wind-rated model, and have worked through enough South Florida humidity to know exactly what it does to springs and rollers. Marcus Ellery, Owner, runs a tight group of four core people who have one thing in common: they’d rather explain the repair and get it right the first time than rush through and hope it holds.

Our People
Diego R. – Lead Technician
Diego has been turning wrenches on garage doors for 14 years, the last six of them in Broward County. He’s the guy we send when a torsion spring, that’s the heavy coil mounted above the door that handles most of the lifting weight, snaps at 7 a.m. and the car is stuck inside. Diego is certified on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems and has rebuilt enough Wayne Dalton torque-master setups that he can diagnose one by sound alone. He lives in Davie with his wife and two kids, and he coaches his son’s Little League team on Saturdays. If Diego tells you a panel is too far gone to save, he’ll show you exactly why with a flashlight, not just wave at it.
Renee T. – Senior Installer
Renee joined us after eight years doing new construction installs across Palm Beach and Broward, so she has seen every possible way a builder can frame an opening slightly wrong. She’s our lead on full door replacements, the person we trust to hang a Clopay or Amarr door square and true the first time. Renee holds manufacturer certifications for Amarr and Clopay installation, which matters when a warranty claim ever comes up: the paperwork is already in order. She’s originally from Hollywood, FL and restores old furniture on weekends. Renee is also the most patient teacher on the crew, which is why our apprentices shadow her before they touch anything on their own.
Sam K. – Service Coordinator
Sam is the voice on the phone when you call (754) 701-2440 at 11 p.m. or 7 a.m. on a Sunday. He’s been dispatching service trucks in Fort Lauderdale for nine years and keeps a mental map of every neighborhood from Rio Vista to Coral Ridge. Sam’s job is to listen to what’s happening, help you triage over the phone when it’s safe, and get the right technician to your door inside a real arrival window, not a vague “sometime today.” He lives in Oakland Park and is a devoted Miami Heat fan, which he’ll happily argue about if you bring up the Celtics. Sam doesn’t read from a script. He asks questions until he understands the actual problem.
Jordan P. – Apprentice Technician
Jordan is our newest team member, two years into the trade after working construction in Fort Lauderdale. He spends his days riding with Diego and Renee, learning the difference between extension springs and torsion springs, how to balance a door, and when a problem is actually an opener issue instead of the door itself. Jordan is already certified on Genie and Craftsman opener basics and is working toward his LiftMaster certification this year. He grew up in Lauderhill, and he’s the guy on the crew who remembers every customer’s dog’s name. By the time Jordan runs his own truck, he’ll have hundreds of supervised jobs behind him.
One Standard, Every Job
Bramwell Garage Doors Fort Lauderdale operates as an independent location, which means the people above are your neighbors and the decisions happen right here in Fort Lauderdale, not at a corporate office three time zones away. But every job runs by five rules we don’t bend on, what we call The Kingswell Way. We say the price before the work starts. We show up inside the window we gave you. We leave the job site cleaner than we found it. We put the guarantee in writing. And we come back if the repair fails. None of that depends on which technician walks through your door. Diego, Renee, and Jordan all work to the same standard, and Sam is the one making sure the schedule honors it. A written price is delivered before any work begins on every job without exception, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise means if a covered repair fails within a year, we come back and fix it at no charge.
